I am excited to announce that I am currently seeking
a Virtual Assistant
to join my growing online animal art business.
As an animal portrait artist, I am passionate about my work and am looking for someone who shares my enthusiasm and motivation.
I am seeking a Virtual Assistant to help me grow my online art business. Since I operate my business in English, it is necessary that you speak and write English with exceptional grammar and spelling skills. If you also speak German, that would be a huge plus.
If you are an enthusiastic, motivated, and engaged individual who is passionate about animal art, then I would love for you to join my team as a Virtual Assistant. You should be well-versed in the online space and comfortable with e-mail marketing.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be working remotely, so it is important that you thrive in an online space and have experience with e-mail marketing. Additionally, you should be comfortable using Canva to create posts for our community
At the core of our business is a love for animals and art, and we are seeking someone who is just as passionate as we are. You should be highly organized, motivated, and engaged in your work, with a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new things in the online world. We value creativity and innovation and are looking for a fast learner who can quickly implement new strategies and ideas.
Initially, we will start with a few basic tasks, but I am seeking a long-term Virtual Assistant who can grow with my business and potentially take on more responsibilities over time. If you are excited about working in a creative workspace, have excellent English skills, and love animals and art, then please do not hesitate to apply.

Who is Sabine?
I help artists who want to draw their own animal portraits in pastels, but have self-doubts, are overwhelmed, feel stuck, and don’t know where to start, to get started with a clear path and instructions in my drawing classes to transform into confident artists who are proud to show and even sell their artwork.
My goal is to help as many passionate artists draw realistic animals, gain confidence, improve their skills, increase their visibility, and help them sell their art as well.
I am living in Austria/ Europe. I operate in the Central European time zone with room for flexibility.
In my animal art business, I hold several core values that guide everything we do.
The first of these values is impact. We believe that art has the power to transform lives, and we are committed to helping as many artists as possible to improve their skills and gain confidence in their craft. By doing so, we hope to make a positive impact on the lives of artists all over the world and help them to achieve their goals and dreams.
Another key value that we hold is community. We believe that we are stronger together than we are alone and that by working collaboratively, we can achieve more than we ever could on our own. We strive to foster a sense of community among our students and team members and encourage open communication and collaboration in all that we do.
At the same time, we recognize that pursuing artistic goals can be challenging and demanding. We believe that it is important to create a fun and rewarding environment for our clients and team members alike. We are passionate about what we do, and we strive to share that passion with those around us, creating an atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm that inspires and motivates everyone who works with us.
Finally, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, and we are committed to doing what we say we will do when we say we will do it. We believe that our word is our bond and that our commitment to our students and clients is paramount. We approach everything we do with our full potential and heart, and we are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our clients and students have the best possible experience with us.
In my business, I strive to find the right seats for each team member so they can work in their zone of genius.
I am so excited to get to know my new Virtual Assistant soon.
